We strive to make the process of returning a product as simple and stress-free as we can because we recognise that products occasionally may not live up to your expectations.
Return Timeframe
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase for store credit only if you're not entirely satisfied with it.
Initiating a Return
- Drop us an email at support@kidipoo.com within 10 days of getting your delivery. Include your order number and the product(s) you want to return.
- Ship the goods back to us within 30 days from the delivery date. Our return address is: SKS Retail Mart, 5B 160 Mittal Industrial Estate, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093. Feel free to use your friends / family or a local logistics company to send it our way.
- Just a heads up, you'll be responsible for the return shipping and any non-refundable Indian customs charges.
Quality Check Process
- We will perform a quality check within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the items.
- We will send out the credit note after the quality check is approved.
Condition and Tag Requirement
To process your return request, please make sure that the clothing is in an unused condition and the tags are attached.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged.
Store Credit Benefits
Store credit issued can be used anytime, and there is no expiry for the same.
